Scrum Master

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the scope and timing of each project
• Coordinating daily Sprint, Retrospective and Stand-up
• Coaching with the team in the Agile framework
• Facilitating internal communication and collaboration.
• Being the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Collaborating with Product Owners to manage Backlog and new requests
• Resolving conflicts within the team
• Helping the team to implement effectively
• Ensuring that at the end of each sprint the results comply with quality standards

Must have:

• Experience in the role of Scrum Master Agile
• Good knowledge of software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Excellent communication skills and service leadership
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organisational skills

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of frameworks such as DevOps and Jira
• Scrum Master certification is considered a plus
